Important Note

- A Missing Cash Back claim occurs when you complete an order but do not receive the Cash Back that you should have gotten.

- Merchants only accept order inquiries submitted within 7-90 days from the date of purchase.

- Ensure there are no returns, exchanges, payment cancellations, etc. Please submit your Missing Cash Back request as soon as possible, as merchants may not be able to verify your order after 90 days (except for travel orders).

- If your claim for a Missing Cash Back order is reviewed and approved, the transaction will be re-marked as an order Cash Back and displayed in the Recent Transactions in Overview and Cash Back history in Cash Back of  Cash Back & Bonuses

- You need to submit a Missing Cash Back request for each order you want us to investigate. We will do our best to resolve the Missing Cash Back claim for you, but we cannot guarantee that every claim will be valid.

How to submit a Missing Cash Back order?

Missing Cash Back Request

- You will be able to submit a Missing Cash Back order inquiry based on your click history. Please input the infomation as prompted one by one, and then click the button Submit.

- Please make sure your order currency is accurate.

After we forward your missing order to the merchant, the order status will be updated from PENDING to REVIEWING. We can only post the order Cash Back to your account after we get confirmation from the merchant that the order is affiliated with gocashback.com. Your missing order will be update from REVIEWING to ADDED if your order is eligible for Cash Back.

1. Most orders will be synchronized to your account within 7 days after the merchant's confirmation.

2. Merchant partners reserve the right to make the final decision on your Cash Back eligibility.
